The “Hello, Garci" tune is making a comeback, this time not to destabilize President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo but to prop up the campaign of the man believed to be behind the infamous poll scandal—Virgilio Garcillano.
This is either being thick-faced, or behaving as an asshole because somebody asks you to run and make a fool of yourself, rather than her. Or just to make the issues on election fraud a little lighter.
