Two men who spent more than 12 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted in the rape and murder of a medical student will split an $8 million settlement from the city.
***That's about $333k for each of them for every year they spent in prison. A little less than a thousand dollars for every day in prison. Hmmm.... In exchange for missing 12 years with your loved ones. I don't know. Tough choices. :D
