Pre-need firm College Assurance Plan, Inc. (CAP) has sought reconsideration for a Department of Justice resolution that recommends the filing of criminal charges against the company and its subsidiary Comprehensive Annuity Plans and Pension Corp. (CAP Pension) for alleged evasion of various taxes amounting to P85.9 million in 2004 and 2005.
