Visitors walk past a Chinese-made anti-aircraft missile at the Military Museum in Beijing in this Feb. 23, 2007, file photo. After weeks of silence, China acknowledged in January it had blasted the Fengyun 1-C wether satellite that has been long a star of China's space program since its launch in May,1999 into oblivion with a land-based anti-satellite missile from its southwestern Xichang spaceport, the first test-kill by a land-based missile ever conducted by any nation, including the United States and Russia. (AP Photo/Greg Baker, file)AP - The Fengyun — "Wind and Cloud" — 1-C weather satellite was a proud worker in China's space program.
